Welcome to Swiss Heritage Railways…..

The aim of this site is to bring together in one place information about Steam & Heritage train workings in Switzerland.

As well as the National Rail Network operated by SBB there are over 75 Private Railways in Switzerland many of which operate occasional special services utilizing Steam or other heritage traction. The aim of this site is to bring together in one place information about the operation of these heritage trains.
